Rather than run with the favorite Nyquist, I like Gun Runner across the board today. Odds this morning posted at 9-1. He was impressive in the Louisiana Derby, beating the field by 4-1/2 lengths. He is trained by Steve Asmussen, who also trained Curlin and Rachel Alexander. Florent Geroux is the jockey today. Come on Gun Runner!
