Sunday NFL Pick

The Buffalo Bills have a chance at finally making the playoffs but it will take a victory over the Miami Dolphins in Miami today and some help. The Bills cannot be concerned with anything other than taking out the Dolphins. Buffalo won the last meeting, 24-16, and will be a road favorite at -2.5. The Bills have the weapons to get it done today, with running back Shady McCoy and wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin. Do the Bills cover the number? Probably, but my concern is they are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games. Play it safe and consider Buffalo on the money line.
TODAY’S PICK: BUFFALO BILLS M/L

Saturday Men’s College Basketball Pick

The Austin Peay Governors will play a home game tonight against the Eastern Illinois Panthers. Peay will be laying 5.5 and should be able to cover the number. The Governors have been a covering machine, going 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall, 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games, and are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games against the Ohio Valley. The Governors are 6-2 on their home court, where they are averaging 73.3 points per game, and holding teams to an average of 65.5. The Panthers have been doing just the opposite. They are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 road games. Eastern Illinois has yet to win on the road at 0-8, where they are averaging 60.6 points per game, and holding teams to an average of 72.1. Lay the points and take Peay.
TONIGHT’S PICK: AUSTIN PEAY GOVERNORS -5.5

Friday Men’s College Basketball Pick

The Appalachian State Mountaineers will be on their home court tonight when they face their Sun Belt rival, the Texas State Bobcats. The Mountaineers have yet to lose at Holmes Convocation Center, with a record of 4-0 and have covered all 4. At home, App State is averaging 81.00 points per game and holding teams to an average of 61.5. The Bobcats come into tonight’s game with a road record of 2-4, averaging 65.5 away from home, and holding teams to an average of 69.7. Texas State has not been covering, going 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The line has moved to Mountaineers -3.5 so this will be a money line play.
TONIGHT’S PICK: APPALACHIAN STATE MOUNTAINEERS M/L

Thursday NHL Pick

The Vegas Golden Knights have proven they are the real deal and will be riding a 5-game winning streak when they head to Staples Center tonight to face the Los Angeles Kings. Vegas will be playing back-to-back games, after a decisive win last night over the Anaheim Ducks, so fatigue could be an issue. Los Angeles on the other hand will be well rested, last playing on December 23rd. Vegas has been scary at home, with a record of 15-2-0-1, but take them out of Clarke County and they come back down to earth, with a record of 9-7-0-1. The Kings boast a home record of 11-5-2-0 and are 5-0 in their last 5 at Staples Center. Jonathan Quick is expected between the pipes for Los Angeles and we all know his track record. The Kings should get it done.
TONIGHT’S PICK: LOS ANGELES KINGS

Wednesday NCAA Football Pick

The Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles will be getting 14 points today when they face the Florida State Seminoles in the Independence Bowl. Southern Miss has the edge in points per game, yards gained, yards allowed, time of possession, and kicking. Take the 14 and roll with the Golden Eagles.
TODAY’S PICK: SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI GOLDEN EAGLES +14

Tuesday College Football Pick

The play today is the Northern Illinois Huskies +6.5, over the Duke Blue Devils. The Huskies are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 non-conference games, 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 against the ACC, and they have the edge in points per game and yards gained. Take the points in this one.
TODAY’S PICK: NORTHERN ILLINOIS HUSKIES +6.5

Monday NBA Pick

The Philadelphia 76ers are in a funk, dropping 5 in a row, and today they will have to travel to MSG to face a New York Knicks team that is 15-5 at home. Philly has not been good on the road, with a record of 7-9, where they are 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 road games, and 0-5 ATS in their last 5 overall. After today’s game, New York will play their next 16 of 20 on the road, and with a road record of just 2-10, they need to win this game. The Knickerbockers are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 at MSG, and in four meetings between these two teams last year, the home team won each time. The line has been hovering around New York -2.5 to 3, so this has money line written all over it.
TODAY’S PICK: NEW YORK KNICKS M/L
