Friday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

Two elite teams in the Atlantic 10 will meet tonight when the URI Rams host the VCU Rams. Rhode Island has been killing it at home, with a record of 9-1, as well as in conference play where they are 7-1. On the other side, Virginia Commonwealth is a respectable 4-2 on the road and 6-2 in conference play. This should be a tight one but URI has the edge. They are averaging 74.6 points per game at home and allowing an average of 66.1, as opposed to VCU on the road, where they are averaging 70.8 points per game and allowing an average of 67.8. Rhode Island won the last meeting on January 11th, 65-56, in Richmond so why should tonight be any different?
TONIGHT’S PICK: RHODE ISLAND RAMS M/L

Thursday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

The San Francisco Dons will be at the Jenny Craig Pavilion tonight for a meeting with the San Diego Toreros. The Dons always put a quality product on the court and this year is no different. They are 15-7, averaging 77.5 points per game, and allowing an average of 70.4. That can’t be said for San Diego. They are 8-14, averaging 66.5 points per game, and surrendering 71.0. The Toreros have lost 6 of their last 7 games and are only 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games overall.
TONIGHT’S PICK: SAN FRANCISCO DONS -6

Wednesday NHL Pick

The Tampa Bay Lightning fell to the Dallas Stars on Monday but look for them to get back in the Win column tonight when they take on the Los Angeles Kings at Staples Center. The Kings have lost 4 in a row, they are dead last in the Western Conference, and Tampa has won 7 straight against Los Angeles.
TONIGHT’S PICK: TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING

Tuesday NHL Pick

The Buffalo Sabres will start the second half of the season tonight at home against the Ottawa Senators. The Sens will be playing back-to-back games after falling to the New Jersey Devils last night, 4-3, so fatigue could be an issue. Ottawa is just 5-15-4 on the road and Buffalo is a force at KeyBank Center, with a record of 14-6-3. The Sabres will have payback on their minds tonight after losing to the Senators in their last meeting, 3-1. Buffalo hasn’t laced up since January 18th but if rust isn’t a factor, they will cruise to an easy victory.
TONIGHT’S PICK: BUFFALO SABRES

Monday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

The Northern Arizona Lumberjacks will host the Sacramento State Hornets tonight and will get the job done. The Lumberjacks are 5-2 at home, where they are averaging 73.0 points per game. The Hornets are 2-6 on the road, where they are averaging just 55.5 points per game. The Lumberjacks have the edge in points per game, field goal %, turnovers and bench.
TONIGHT’S PICK: NORTHERN ARIZONA LUMBERJACKS M/L

Sunday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

The San Diego State Aztecs are the real deal and today they will make the short trip to the Thomas and Mack for a showdown with the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels. The Aztecs own the Rebels, winning 9 of the last 10 meetings, and have a defense that is surrendering an average of just 56.7 points per game. Good luck, Vegas, you’re gonna need it.
TODAY’S PICK: SAN DIEGO AZTECS M/L

Saturday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

The Akron Zips will take it on the arches tonight and head to Athens for a meeting with the Ohio Bobcats. The Zips are averaging 76.9 points per game and allowing an average of 64.3. Flip it over and the Bobcats are averaging 71.2 points per game and giving up 69.0. Akron is 4-2 on the road and they’ll get it done tonight.
TONIGHT’S PICK: AKRON ZIPS M/L
