The New York Mets can still win the NL East but they will have to take care of business in Queens tonight against the inept Washington Nationals. Tonight’s expected starters are Carlos Carrasco for the Mets and Cory Abbott for the Nats. Carrasco is 15-7 with a 3.95 ERA and a 1.32 WHIP. Abbott is 0-4 with an ERA of 5.11 and a 1.36 WHIP. The Mets are 7-3 in their last 10 against the Nationals and should light up Abbott like a Christmas tree.
