The Carolina Hurricanes have cooled off a bit, losing their last two games, and will have a tough opponent to deal with tonight when they host the Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers. Florida is riding a 2-game winning streak with impressive road victories over the red hot Buffalo Sabres and the always tough Ottawa Senators. The Panthers are a big dog in this one, but they have the ‘Canes number. They have won both meetings with Carolina this year and 6 of the last 7. Florida is worth considering.
