Two of the NHL’s best, the Vancouver Canucks and the Winnipeg Jets, will square off tonight at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver. The Canucks are a force at home, with a record of 19-4-2 and can score, averaging 3.69 goals per game. This won’t be a walk in the park for the host club with the Jets owning a road record of 14-7-3 but the Canucks prevail.

Friday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

The Cornell Big Red will be hosting the Harvard Crimson tonight in Ithaca, NY. The Red are laying a lot of lumber in this one, 8.5, but will cover if they want to. They are averaging 83.7 points per game as opposed to the Crimson’s 71.7. Cornell also won the last meeting February 3rd, 89-76, in Cambridge, Mass.

Thursday NHL Pick

The Boston Bruins are in a bit of a tailspin but get back on track tonight when they host the Seattle Kraken. The Bruins are a tough opponent when they take the ice at TD Garden, with a record of 17-6-4. The Kraken are a mediocre 11-12-6 on the road. Boston averages more goals per game than Seattle and gives up less.

Wednesday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

The best in the Atlantic 10, the Richmond Spiders, will be hosting the Massachusetts Minutemen tonight at Robins Center. This game is going to be decided by defense. Richmond’s D is good and will shut down a prolific Massachusetts offense. Moreover, the Spiders are 12-0 as the home team and 9-1 in their last 10 overall.

Monday NHL Pick

Two teams that are clicking on every cylinder, the New York Rangers and the Calgary Flames, will square off tonight at the Garden. The edge in this one goes to the Rangers. They are 17-7-0 in Manhattan and won the last meeting back in October, 3-1. Enough said.
