The Buffalo Bulls will be laying a lot of points on the road tonight when they face the Northern Illinois Huskies and understandably so. The Huskies are just a bad basketball team. The venue cannot be any better today for outdoor hockey when the Vegas Golden Knights clash with the Colorado Avalanche in beautiful Lake Tahoe. These two teams will be facing each other for the 4th time in a 7-day span, with the Golden Knights taking 2 of the first 3. Vegas is expected to have Marc-André Fleury between the pipes and it doesn’t get any better than that. Colorado is used to playing in high altitude but Vegas sits at 2,000 feet so I don’t see that being an issue. Consider the team from Nevada.

The Buffalo Bulls are hot, winning 3 straight and outscoring their opponents 252-176 during that span. Tonight the Bulls will host the Toledo Rockets who are no push over, but the Bulls have won 5 straight against Toledo and blew out Ball State 78-58 to start the ball rolling, a team the Rockets fell to back on February 6th, 67-81. Buff is hot, ride them ’til they’re not.
