The Jacksonville State Gamecocks will take it on the arches today to Tennessee to face the Austin Peay Governors. The Govs will have a formidable foe today in the Gamecocks. Jacksonville is 9-6 in conference play and 6-6 on the road. Away from home, they are averaging 68.7 points per game, and allowing an average of 65.8, but the edge will go to Austin Peay in this one. The Governors are 11-3 at home and 10-5 in conference play. At home they are averaging 76.9 points per game and allowing an average of 69.4. I like their chances to get back on track tonight because they will be hosting the Detroit Red Wings. Tampa Bay has only lost 5 games this year at Amalie Arena and have had the Red Wings number. They have won 10 straight against them, 25 of the last 33, and 16 of the last 21 at home. The Lightning fans will not be disappointed.
