With 18 games under his belt, he’s currently 7-11-1 with a GAA of 2.47. Also, Florida has been struggling on the road with an Away record of 3-4-1-1. Detroit has a home win record of 6-5-2-0. Petr Mrazek will be between the pipes for the Red Wings. He’s played in 13 games with a record of 6-6-1 and a GAA of 2.21. Motor City should take this one.

Washington Capitals travel to Air Canada Centre to take on the Toronto Maple Leafs. Caps have an overall record of 16-5-1 and have beat the Leafs in Toronto in their past 2 meetings. Holtby will be in the net tonight, with a GAA of 1.95 and a record of 14-4-0. He’ll be facing the Leafs’ goaltender Bernier, who has a GAA of 3.17 and a record of 0-7-1. Washington should capitalize this one.

Hutchinson, the primary goaltender for the Jets has been abysmal and the latest is that Hellebuycke is expected to be between the pipes in his place. The Wild has been strong against the Central teams and tonight should be no exception.

The Preds have been held scoreless in their last 2 games, getting blanked by Blue Jackets 4-0 on Friday and again 4-0 on Saturday by the Wild. It won’t get any easier for them tonight with Lundqvist in the net for New York.

LA Kings are down south, taking on the Carolina Hurricanes. Kings have been stellar on the road with a 5-2 record. On the flip side, the ‘Canes are 2-5 at home. Quick is between the pipes with a 4-1 over his last 5 against them.
