The Boston Bruins won more games than any other hockey team last year and are on pace to doing it again. The 10-1-1 Bruins will be at home tonight to take on the 5-3-3 New York Islanders. Boston has won the last 4 meetings with the Isles and after tonight it will be 5.

Two of the NHL’s elite will meet tonight at Rogers Arena when the Vancouver Canucks host the Dallas Stars. The Stars are 7-1-1, 4-0-1 on the road and are riding a three game winning streak. Vancouver matches up well with Dallas. The Canucks are 7-2-1, 3-0-1 at home and are winners of their last two. Depending on where you do your shopping, Vancouver comes in as a slight home dog at +110. They are #1 in the league in scoring, averaging a ridiculous 4.6 goals per game and you know Rogers Arena will be electric.
