The 6-9 Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons will look to snap their 4-game slide and tonight could be that night when they head to the Motor City to face the 6-8 Detroit Mercy Titans. On both sides of the ball, these teams are basically equal, with a slight edge in scoring going to PFW. The Mastodons are currently getting 6.5 and the Titans have not been covering at home. They are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 in Detroit and 1-8 in their last 9 as a home favorite.

The 6-7 SIU Edwardsville Cougars are winless at home, at 0-2, but should get the monkey off their back tonight when they host the Eastern Illinois Panthers. The 5-13 Panthers have lost 8 in a row, are a pathetic 1-9 on the road, and fell to the Cougars at home, 87-74, on January 26th. If the Cougars can beat the Panthers on the road then why not at home?

The 10-7 Nevada Wolf Pack will look to snap their 2-game skid tonight and who better to do that against than their archrival, the 6-7 UNLV Runnin’ Rebels. Nevada returns home tonight after playing 6 of their last 8 games on the road and have played well at Lawlor Center, posting a record of 5-2, where UNLV is just 1-2 on the road. Both teams have similar numbers on both sides of the ball but Nevada has dominated UNLV in recent years. They have won 6 straight against the Rebs and 8 of the last 9. The Pack get it done.

The Ohio Bobcats 2-game winning streak will be in jeopardy tonight when they head to Western New York to take on the Buffalo Bulls. Scoring is not an issue for Buffalo. They are coming off a 92-77 blowout over Eastern Michigan and have racked up 80+ points in 7 of their last 8 games. The Bulls have been getting it done at Alumni Arena, with a record of 3-1 averaging 82.0 points per game and holding teams to 71.5. The Bobcats road record is nothing to write home about, at 2-4, where they are averaging 75.3 points per game and allowing an average of 80.5. Buffalo has won 6 of the last 7 meetings with Ohio and is the side to consider in this one.

They are averaging just 64.0 points on the road and holding teams to 71.7. The Dukes have been on a roll, winning 4 of their last 5, and knocked off the Tigers in Maryland back on January 16th, 81-72, so why not again today?

The Syracuse Orange will have confidence and momentum on their side tonight when they visit the #13 Virginia Cavaliers in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Orange have won two straight with a blowout over Miami on Tuesday, 83-57, and won convincingly on Saturday, 78-60, over #16 Virginia Tech. Syracuse can light up the scoreboard and will have to tonight against a Cavaliers defense that is allowing an average of only 59.6 points per game and are a perfect 6-0 on their home court. The Orange should put up a good fight tonight. They won the last meeting in January 2020, 63-55, and the road team is 5-0 ATS in the last 5 meetings between the Cavs and Q.
