Stetson will be hosting the 4-2 Florida Atlantic Owls and after a slow start to the season the Owls have found a spark. Florida Atlantic is riding a 4-game winning streak and have outscored their opponents, 402-231, over that span. The Hatters are having trouble scoring points, averaging just 55.8 per game, and are allowing an average of 76.3. Not good.

The Canisius Golden Griffins will kick off their season tonight with a conference home game against the Marist Red Foxes. The Red Foxes are off to a 2-0 start but both wins were against the always bad Binghamton Bearcats who were dead last in the America East Conference a year ago with a record of 4-12. Canisius will have some key players returning, including Majesty Brandon who led the Griffs in scoring, averaging 13.9 points per game, which was 10th in the MAAC in 2019-2020. Canisius has had their way with Marist, sweeping them last year, and have won 6 of the last 7 meetings. Consider the Blue and Gold.

The San Francisco Dons will be spotted 13 points when they take on one of the best in the nation, the Gonzaga Bulldogs, tonight at the Orleans Casino in Las Vegas. Are the Dons going to win this game? Probably not, but cover, yes. San Fran is 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 games at a neutral site and can hang with Gonzaga. The Dons pushed the Bulldogs to the brink back on February 1st and they will do it again tonight.

The Fort Wayne Mastodons will have to be on their A-game today when they face the South Dakota State Jackrabbits. SD State has taken care of IPFW twice this year, winning 70-61 on January 11th and 75-64 on February 16th. Today should be no different. Lay the 7 with the hook and take the Jackrabbits.
