The Nevada Wolf Pack are a perfect 12-0 at home and that is where they’ll be tonight when they host the Fresno State Bulldogs. The Pack had a rare loss to San Diego State in their last outing and tonight I see them putting on a show to prove why they are #6 in the nation. At Lawlor Center, Nevada is lighting up the scoreboard, averaging 83.4 points per game and allowing an average of 60.3. Fresno State is a respectable 6-2 on the road, where they are averaging 73.4 points per game and allowing an average of 66.8. The Pack will be laying 13 points in this game and there’s a reason for that, because at Lawlor Center, their margin of victory has been an average of 23.1 points per game. Nevada is 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall, 6-1 ATS in their last 7 against the Mountain West, and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 meetings against the Bulldogs.

The Canisius Golden Griffins will be spotted 3 points tonight when they head to West Long Branch, NJ to take on the Monmouth-NJ Hawks. The Southern Utah Thunderbirds fell to the Eastern Washington Eagles, 82-79, back on February 2nd and will have revenge on their minds when they host the Eagles tonight at Centrum Arena. The Eagles have not been getting it done on the road, with a record of 1-12, where they are averaging 64.1 points per game and allowing an average of 78.7. The Thunderbirds are 8-2 on their home court, averaging 75.2 points per game and surrendering an average of 74.6. Southern Utah has the edge in points per game, field goal percentage, free throw percentage, rebounding and bench. The Thunderbirds come out on top in this one.

The Louisville Cardinals have lost 2 of their last 3 and will have to travel to Syracuse tonight to take on the Orange at the Carrier Dome, which is always a difficult place to play. Syracuse sits at 12-4 at home. The Orange defense always comes to play and and if their lethargic offense finally gets on track, they should get this win. Syracuse is laying 2 in this one and are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 home games but with a money line of just -130, why sweat the points?

The Niagara Purple Eagles are in a funk, losers of their last 4, but should get back in the Win column today when they host the Fairfield Stags in a matinée at Gallagher Center.  Fairfield has lost 3 straight and are just 3-7 on the road, averaging 64.4 points per game and holding teams to an average of 71.6. Niagara sits at 7-7 at home, where they are averaging 75.2 points per game and holding teams to an average of 75.0. The Purple Eagles have the edge in points per game, free throw percentage, rebounding, turn overs and bench. If their defense does its job, Niagara gets the win.
