The Houston Texans will be spotting the Buffalo Bills 2.5 points today when they host the Western New Yorkers in the Wild Card Game. Today they will swagger into Lincoln Financial Field to face a team they have dominated, the Philadelphia Eagles. Dallas has won the last 4 meetings with Philadelphia and put the screws to them back in October, winning 37-10.

Two of the Black and Blue Division’s bitter rivals, the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers, will meet for the 200th time today at Lambeau Field. The Packers are 6-1 at home and are due for a big day after looking lethargic last week in their 20-15 victory over the hapless Washington Redskins. Chicago has won 3 straight but all 3 of the wins were against teams with major issues. The Packers won the first meeting this year in Chicago, 10-3, and they are 18-5 against the Bears when Rodgers is the starter behind center. Pack get it done.

As usual, the Buffalo Bills are getting no respect, but what else is new? They will be a home dog today when they host the Baltimore Ravens. If anyone can slow down Lamar Jackson and the Ravens, it’s the 9-3 Buffalo Bills. The Bills defense is ranked third in the league and on the other side of the ball, they have a gunslinger named Josh Allen pulling the strings. This guy is the real deal. Buffalo will be on 9 days’ rest after putting the screws to the Cowboys in Dallas on Thanksgiving day. Weather in Buffalo today is 43 degrees and cloudy – just how the Western New Yorkers like it.

The Chicago Bears will host the Dallas Cowboys tonight with both teams sitting at 6-6 on the season. Despite what the front office says in Dallas, Jason Garret’s job is in jeopardy. The Cowboys have lost two in a row but those losses were against two elite teams, the Buffalo Bills and the New England Patriots. The Bears are on a 2-game winning streak but there is nothing to get too excited about because the wins came against the lowly Detroit Lions and New York Giants. Dallas is by far the more talented team and has an offense that is averaging 432.8 yards per game, as opposed to the Bears’ average of 281.8. Dallas wins this one for the coach.

The Chicago Bears and the Detroit Lions will meet today in the early one at Ford Field. Detroit is a mess, losing 4 in a row, and without Matthew Stafford their chances of pulling out a victory today are slim at best. Chicago has won 2 of their last 3 games and do have a glimmer of hope to make the post-season. The Bears knocked off the Lions on November 10th, 20-13, and with an improving Mitchell Trubisky they should be able to exploit the League’s 3rd worst pass defense.

The Cleveland Browns will try to snap their 4-game losing streak and get their first win today at home when they host the Buffalo Bills. The Browns make bad decisions when it comes to drafting quarterbacks, first Johnny Manziel and now Baker Mayfield. This guy has an attitude and he shouldn’t. All he has done is lead his team to a 2-6 start, is tied in the League with the most interceptions at 12, and has tossed 7 touchdowns. He should just shut up and produce. Buffalo is off to their best start since the Kelly years, at 6-2. The Bills are 3-0 on the road and have covered all 3. Buffalo’s defense is ranked third overall and their pass defense is one of the best in the League. Good luck, Mayfield. On the road, the Bills are surrendering an average of only 12.3 points per game and their offense is averaging 19.7. On the flip side, the Browns are 0-3 ATS at FirstEnergy Stadium, where they are averaging 18.0 points per game and surrendering a whopping 31.7. Buffalo will be getting 3 points in this one and they have covered 4 of the last 5 meetings with Cleveland.
