Saturday MLB Pick

The New York Yankees will be hosting the Milwaukee Brewers today in the Bronx and ex-Yankee Nasty Nestor Cortés is expected on the bump for the Brewers. Cortés is a southpaw and the Yankees feed on left-handed pitchers. They know his junk.
TODAY’S PICK: NEW YORK YANKEES

Friday MLB Pick

The Detroit Tigers are a big dog tonight against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Jack Flaherty is expected on the hill for the Tigers and he is a quality hurler. The Dodgers are expected to have Yoshinobu Yamamoto as their starter and he will have to face really good American hitters, which can be a problem. Welcome to the Bigs.
TONIGHT’S PICK: DETROIT TIGERS

Thursday MLB Pick

The Washington Nationals will host the Philadelphia Phillies today at Nationals Park. MacKenzie Gore will start for the Nats and he is no match for Zack Wheeler. Keep an eye on the Phillies this year because they are World Series bound.
TODAY’S PICK: PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES

Wednesday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

The NIT Quarterfinals will have the Kent State Golden Flashes squaring off with the Loyola Chicago Ramblers tonight in Chicago. Kent St. is currently getting 5 points and should at least get under the number. On paper their numbers are similar, and the Ramblers are lucky to be hosting this one after barely getting by the San Francisco Dons, 77-76. The Golden Flashes were a big dog against the Stanford Cardinal, proved the book wrong, and will do the same tonight.
TONIGHT’S PICK: KENT STATE GOLDEN FLASHES +5

Tuesday NHL Pick

When the Los Angeles Kings take the ice at Crypto Arena they are always the side to consider and that is where they will be tonight when they host the New York Rangers. The Kings own the best home record in hockey at 25-3-4 and haven’t lost at the Crypt since January 20th. The Rangers have been inconsistent to say the least. They have just 1 win in their last 4 tries and 3 over their last 10. Los Angeles won easily in their last meeting at MSG on December 14th, cruising to a 5-1 victory, and should do the same tonight.
TONIGHT’S PICK: LOS ANGELES KINGS

Monday NHL Pick

The New Jersey Devils will look to get back on track when they host the injury riddled Vancouver Canucks tonight at the Rock. The 32-26-12 Canucks’ injuries just keep mounting and their playoff hopes are starting to look bleak. Vancouver has lost 2 straight and 5 of their last 8. They also have trouble finding the back of the net and that doesn’t bode well against a New Jersey team that has one of the lowest goals against average in the league. The 37-28-6 Devils have also lost their last 2 but have had the Canucks’ number, routing them back in October (6-0) in Vancouver and they are 16-2-0 in the last 18 meetings overall.
TONIGHT’S PICK: NEW JERSEY DEVILS
