Wednesday NHL Pick

The red hot Anaheim Ducks, who have won 8 straight and are 15-1-1 over their last 17, host the Montreal Canadiens tonight at Honda Center. With a win tonight, the Ducks will be even in points with the Los Angeles Kings. The Ducks have dominated the Habs, winning 7 out of the last 10 contests. Anaheim is making a surge, ride them while they’re hot!!!

Tonight’s pick:

Tuesday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

The Ohio Bobcats take their 4-5 road record to Akron tonight to take on the Zips. Akron is a perfect 13-0 at home this year. The Zips are averaging 80.3 points per game and allowing 66.2 on their home court. On the flip side, Ohio is averaging 74.8 points on the road and allowing 77.7. The Zips and Bobcats met on February 2nd and Akron won easily, 80-68. I’m siding with the Zips and laying the 5.5.

Tonight’s pick:

Akron Zips -5.5

Saturday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

We’ve hit 4 straight, let’s make it 5. Let’s go to West Point where the 18-11 Army is hosting the 14-14 Leigh. Army beat them on December 30th, 88-82. This line is moving. It was a pick ’em yesterday and right now it’s -2 Army. I’m backing our Cadets.

Today’s pick:

Army -2

Friday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

It’s Ivy League Friday today and I’m leaning towards the Brown Bears at home over the Dartmouth Big Green. The line on this game is 1 and has been flip flopping back and forth but wherever it lands, I think the Bears will cover. Brown is averaging 76.2 at home and giving up 74.9. Dartmoutb is coming into tnis game on the road averaging 66.5 points per game and allowing 75.2. The numbers say Brown.

Today’s pick:

Brown Bears +1

The Leathernecks are ranked 9th in the Summit and have a 9-16 record. IPFW can score, averaging 78.5 points per game as opposed to the Leathernecks who are averaging just 67.4 points per game. The Mastodons are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 against Western Illinois and beat them on January 31, 88-67. Why should tonight be any different?
