TONIGHT’S PICK: BUFFALO SABRES

Monday NHL Pick

The Los Angeles Kings will take it on the arches tonight to face the Columbus Blue Jackets. The Kings are lethal on the road with a record of 13-6-6.
TONIGHT’S PICK: LOS ANGELES KINGS

Sunday NHL Pick

The Toronto Maple Leafs is the side to consider when they host the Colorado Avalanche in an early one today at Scotiabank Arena. At home the Leafs are a formidable 16-7-6 and won the last meeting with the Avs just last week. Colorado is in a funk, losing their last two, and Toronto smells blood.
TONIGHT’S PICK: TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS

Saturday NHL Pick

Since the Buffalo Sabres fired their GM, they have become a team that is feared in the NHL. Today in a matinée they will take their swagger to Long Island to challenge the New York Islanders. Take the Sabres.
TODAY’S PICK: BUFFALO SABRES

Friday NHL Pick

The Dallas Stars have hit a bump in the road, losing 4 of their last 5, but should get back on the rails tonight when they host the St. Louis Blues. St. Louis does not play well on the road, at 7-14-3, and they usually come up short when they visit Dallas. The Blues have lost 5 of their last 7 and are dead last in the league in scoring, averaging just 2.4 goals per game. The Stars boast a 13-7-3 record at American Airlines Arena and average 3.25 goals per game, allowing just 2.73. Once again Dallas is likely to be without one of their top offensive producers, winger Mikko Rantanen, but despite that they are still the better team by far and should prevail tonight.
TONIGHT’S PICK: DALLAS STARS

Thursday Men’s NCAA Basketball Pick

The Austin Peay Governors and the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles will play an early one today in Clarksville. The Governors cruised to an easy 82-71 win over the Eagles just two weeks ago in Fort Myers and should do the same again today. Peay is unbeaten on their home court and 5-1 in conference play. Florida Gulf Coast comes in at 2-4 in the ASUN and their defense would have trouble stopping a high school team. If Austin Peay wants to cover the 6.5 they will.
TODAY’S PICK: AUSTIN PEAY GOVERNORS
 -6½

Wednesday NHL Pick

The Vancouver Canucks have lost 11 in a row, but they will win eventually and that could happen tonight when they host the Washington Capitals. The Caps have also been struggling, losing 3 straight and 4 of their last 5. Vancouver beat Washington, 4-3, in DC back in October so why not again tonight on their home ice?
TONIGHT’S PICK: VANCOUVER CANUCKS
